Sunday night (August 10th) was pretty amazing. My husband Dannie and I took our baby girl Eva and three of my sisters to the Indiana State Fair, because one of my sisters had won free tickets through her summer reading program at the local library. We chose Sunday night because there was a free Christian concert, starring Digital Age and Rend Collective. Needless to say, that settled the matter of which night we should go, and even more needless to say, everything about that night was awesome (and did I mention that funnel cakes are absolutely divine? Even if they're simply calorie/carb loaded dough fried in fattening oil. Fairs only come around once a year, so I splurged...just a little). My sisters were absolutely ecstatic to go, and ended up riding the most daring ride called "Speed" with Dannie.
