Miah + Toni 07.09.16 // Sharpsville, Indiana wedding photographer

When my photographer friend Jackie first approached me about associate shooting a wedding for her, I was all for it, and very excited. But as Miah + Toni's wedding day drew closer, especially the week or two before, the nerves that once weren't there came on like a flood. I was SO nervous. Every single self doubt rose up in my mind, telling me I couldn't do it, and I'd fail miserably. I mean, c'mon, not only did I have all the responsibilities of the lead shooter, but I was shooting under the name of another photographer- one MUCH more experienced and known than I. And let's not even discuss the difference of quality in our work. However, albeit shy and quiet (trust me, I'm working on bettering my personality), once I arrived the day of and began shooting (my happy place), my nerves pretty much disappeared, and all my haunting fears dissipated.

Miah + Toni's sweet and simple day was a dream, and almost everything went according to time and plan. It was a beautiful, sunny day on the gorgeous grounds of the Kelley Agricultural Historical Museum in Sharpsville, Indiana. Toni's dress was absolutely dreamy (insert all the heart eyes), her ring to die for, and the colors of blush and coral were so pretty together!

A huge thanks to Jackie Santanta for trusting me to shoot in her name (haha), and to Miah + Toni for being such an amazing couple to work with! It was an honor to document their wedding day, and may they have many boundless years of happiness together!
